All 18 UK gas certificate templates ship with the base plan — the Landlord/Homeowner Gas Safety Record (the CP12), Gas Safety Record, service & breakdown, non-domestic and commercial catering, testing & purging, mobile catering, CO investigation and Legionella assessments. No tier upgrades, no add-ons.

Each registered engineer has a Gas Safe ID stored on their profile, and the ID is auto-stamped on every certificate they sign. Multi-engineer businesses have a per-role permission control over which certs each engineer is allowed to issue.
